The residents of Whitefield Close & Houghton Road, Woodchurch, Wirral celebrated European Neighbours Day on Thursday 3rd June 2010. Children were invited to express their views on the area where they live as well as take part in competitions, face painting and craft activities. A consultation exercise took place with the adults to discuss the Associations proposal to introduce a Local Neighbourhood Management Agreement for the area.
