Clifford Grange Green Day

Residents of Clifford Grange and volunteers from Forum HA recently spent a day of intergenerational activities at Clifford Grange. The morning was spent planting up containers and window boxes, followed by a litter pick around the site. A buffet lunch gave everyone the chance to take a well earned rest, and in the afternoon, tenants and visitors took part in a variety of art activities. The day was such a positive experience for everyone taking part that Clifford Grange residents have been invited to visit Forum HA. A big thank you to LOVELL Partnerships Ltd for their kind donation towards the day.

Merseyside fire support network are offering the following FREE OF CHARGE: Electric Blanket Testing with Free Replacement of Defective Blankets, Chip pan swaps for Deep Fat Fryers, Free Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Home Fire Safety Checks, Free Energy Efficient Light Bulbs. Come along to one of the following locations. All events run from 10am-2pm. Mon 12th Oct, Birkenhead Fire Station: Tues 13th Oct Wallasey Fire Station. If you require any further information please contact Karen Lavery 0791540662. If you have an old electric blankets please take them along to the locations listed. The blankets will be tested by qualified personnel. If condemmed they will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE!
