100 members using My Home

We have now reached 100 tenants who have registered for the My Home portal. We rang our 100 tenant who signed up for our My Home portal. They were awarded a £25 gift voucher. Michelle from Woodchurch said: “Thank you for the phone call this morning, I wasn’t expecting that! She said “I think My Home portal is brilliant! It gives you all the information you need without having to call the office. I had a repair so I used My Home portal to report the repair it was so easy to do! And my repair was fixed the next day! You can also keep an eye on your rent payments! I would recommend it to everyone”

You can manage your tenancy online using the online portal MY Home

Login to MY Home to:

• pay your rent and view your account ,
• complete forms and give feedback
• report repairs  

You will have all the information you need at your fingertips and you can email any queries or concerns you may have and we will respond. You first have to set up an account and registering. You will need your tenancy reference number If you need help an email us at  info@wmhaltd.org.uk  and we will assist you to log in.
