With 20 staff and a £5m turnover, we are financially robust and our surpluses are re-invested to help ensure long term financial viability and future sustainability in our communities. We are passionate about providing high quality services to our residents including support services for older people, and people with physical and learning disabilities. Right now we have an active development programme and are preparing our zero carbon strategy to ensure our homes are fit for the future and energy efficient at an affordable cost. Our Board has a broad range of skills and following retirements, we are seeking to appoint two Board members, and are particularly interested in applicants with proven experience in Housing Development, Finance and as a resident in social housing.
