New Board Members

We are delighted to confirm the appointment of three new Board Members at Wirral Methodist Housing Association from 1st March 2022.

Sandra Simmons MBE

Sandra brings a wealth of lived experience as a tenant and resident of Birkenhead. With extensive education experience and a focus on improvement, Sandra will also take up a position on the Associations Tenants and Communications Committee.

Kerry Scott

Kerry is a well-established independent development consultant in the North West and beyond, having also held senior roles at not for profit housing organisations across the North. Kerry will bring vital scrutiny to the Association’s plans to build high quality housing on the Wirral.

Craig Sparrow

Craig is Executive Director of Development at Clwyd Alyn Housing and brings a wealth of experience in operational management and the delivery of new homes. Craig will again bring strength to our development plans and take up a key role within the Governance Committee. Bryan McPaul, Chair said ‘ We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues to the Association’s Board and are delighted to have strengthened our ability to deliver excellent services and build new homes for those in greatest need’

Tenant Satisfaction Phone Surveys

TLF Research, over the next 8 weeks will be phoning tenants to collect  feedback about satisfaction with our services on the Association's behalf.

The purpose of the survey  is to help the association  identify areas for service improvements. The number they will be calling from is 01484 599 854. The caller will not be asking for any personal details about you. If you are unsure about the caller, hang up and you can check with Wirral Methodist Housing Association at info@wmhaltd.org.uk  or phone 0151 647 5471. We will report the findings of the survey back to you on this website.    

The Housing Regulator Consultation

The Regulator of Social Housing  want to know what you think about the  its proposals for tenant satisfaction measures which are part of implementing changes to consumer regulation  for social housing. This consultation closes at  6:30pm on 3 March 2022 The measures would provide information about your  landlords’ performance and the quality of their services. The Regulator wants to hear from  tenants and anyone with an interest in social housing. The online survey link to the consultation is: https://online1.snapsurveys.com/RSH_TSM_Consultation.
