You can still make payments or discuss your rent by phone or report repairs using the online form here. Our contractors will be attending emergency/urgent repairs. We have suspended all non-essential visits.
Here is a list of some of the repairs to help you understand which repairs we will still undertake:
• An uncontainable water leak / burst
• Total loss of power supply
• A blocked toilet (if there is only one in the home)
• A gas leak
It’s very important we put things in place so we can come in to your home in a safe way. If you do have an emergency repair and are feeling unwell, with a cough, high fever or difficulty breathing, it is essential to let us know. It’s important to let us know if you’ve been advised to self-isolate.

Wirral Food Bank are not taking on new referral agencies at the moment as the centres are closed. For assistance contact the Wirral Food Hub on 666 5050. As soon as life returns to normal, they will commence taking new referral applications
