As part of Wirral Methodist Housing Association`s (WMHA) ongoing commitment to seek views of our Tenants. We have asked a professional and independent customer research consultancy, TLF Research, to carry out a survey for us.
They will be calling Tenants over the next 6 weeks to ask for your feedback.
The purpose of the survey is to find out about our Tenants satisfaction with the services we provide and to identify areas for service improvements.
WMHA will use this information to deliver our approach to continuous improvement.
