Mrs Robinson, Birkenhead, was delighted to receive her Warm-in-Winter pack. All week office staff have been distributing the packs to residents aged 70+ living in our homes in Birkenhead and Ellesmere Port.
The packs have been put together by Wirral Methodist HA and contain carefully selected items to keep residents warm in their homes and reduce the risk of hypothermia. Each pack comprises of a selection of the following: a blanket, hot drinks, thermos flask, hot water bottle, hat/socks and information/advice leaflets. The Warm In Winter campaign formed part of a week of events and activities targeted specifically at our older residents.
