During the summer months the Housing and Maintenance Officers have been visiting many of our housing estates and block of flats to identify any neighbourhood issues. The inspections have included the appraisal of all external areas including carparks, hard and soft landscaped areas and all internal communal areas.
The inspections will be starting again in January 2011. Dates to be announced on our website and advertised in our `Topics` newsletter. Residents are welcome to attend these inspections so that they can raise and discuss any issues regarding the upkeep of the areas concerned.
