Customer Satisfaction Survey

This year, we will be undertaking an in-depth customer satisfaction survey of the services provided by WMHA.

In the meantime, we have been out and about delivering very short questionnaires to all tenants to get an insight into the overall satisfaction with the current services we provide.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and will give us a snapshot about how we are doing and alert us to any immediate areas of concern that we will need to action immediately, rather than wait for the results of the bigger survey in the summer.

Don’t worry if you have mislaid your survey form…We have attached a copy of the Customer Satisfaction Survey at the bottom of this page.

All surveys returned to us on or before 31st January 2019 will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 voucher.
