Today, Wirral Methodist Housing Association are celebrating the value of care and support services and the positive impact it makes, having a safe and secure place to call home to help people live independently and with dignity. We asked some of our tenants what their home means to them Rory said: "I like doing the cleaning and jobs. I like where my flat is and I like cooking my meals". Helen said: "I really like my room and the others who I live with. The staff are very helpful and I have more independence and even have a little job". Greg said: "I like being on the ground floor because it is easy for me and it is very cosy".

Tenant Satisfaction Phone Surveys
TLF Research, over the next 8 weeks will be phoning tenants to collect feedback about satisfaction with our services on the Association's behalf.
The purpose of the survey is to help the association identify areas for service improvements. The number they will be calling from is 01484 599 854. The caller will not be asking for any personal details about you. The Regulator of Social Housing want to know what you think about the its proposals for tenant satisfaction measures which are part of implementing changes to consumer regulation for social housing. This consultation closes at 6:30pm on 3 March 2022 The measures would provide information about your landlords’ performance and the quality of their services.
