Are you aged between 18-25?

The Culture and Citizenship programme is a series of creative workshops for young people between the ages of 18-25, in which groups will explore the meaning and importance of cultural understanding and active citizenship. Through interactive group based activities and tasks, participants will discuss and explore the following questions: What is active citizenship? How can I become more active in my community? How can I make a contribution to national and European society and what can I get out of it? What is my culture? Why should I know more about other cultures?

What is the structure of the programme?
Each programme consists of one workshop per week for five weeks, each individual workshop lasting 2 hours. Each week will focus on a particular topic within the key Theme.
Participants will receive a certificate of participation and a character reference on request to assist in future job applications.
