Wirral Methodist HA is working in conjunction with the owner of a site in Manor Road, Hoylake to turn the former Heap & Partners Site into a mixed development of flats and bungalows for young people with physical and/or learning disabilities to live independently in their own home and adapted bungalows for families and elderly persons accomodation.
