Planned Maintenance

Every year we carry out planned maintenance activities to improve our properties.

We will contact you before any work is started, to discuss in greater detail what we plan to do and when you can expect the work to be undertaken. You will have some choices in what components we renew, colours we use, and how we carry out the work.

We have a rolling programme of detailed Stock Condition Surveys of Wirral Methodist owned properties. Each property surveyed at least once every 5 years. The information we get from these surveys will help us to review the programme, and you will be kept informed of any necessary changes to the programme via our Topics newsletter or direct mailing.
