Lee Court and Fellowship House residents were invited to join professional artists for a weekend of art to create a painted panel depicting the future of Birkenhead as part of our `…and the River flows on` community art project.
With funding secured from Arts Council England we have been able to work with local partner organisations such as Wirral Mind and The Spider Project to create a large mural depicting the early development of Birkenhead through to a vision of the Birkenhead in the future.
The finished mural will be put on permanent display in the new Wirral Waters development.
