Fantastic weather brought lots of residents along to our sparkle day and tea afternoon held in Florence Street, Birkenhead in September.
WMHA Staff and members of the Town Centre Community Assocation and local residents enjoyed an afternoon of tea and cake to chat about neighbourhood issues in the area. A Free Skip was provided for the use of all residents to dispose of their unwanted items. Fly tipping and dog fouling were major issues raised by most residents and WMHA will be raising these issues at the next Safer Communities Initiative meeting.
